ravenna_c_tanChanukah is over, kwanzaa not quite here yet, and Chinese New Year is still a ways away, so today I say "Happy Christmas to all!"
We've just finished our dinner (tenderloin with veal truffle demi glace), though the dessert has yet to be served. Too tipsy right now from the wine to even consider using the blow torch for the creme brulee. Yes, we're geek gourmets. I'll sober up in a bit and get to it...
