Fandom in the morning

Woke up from a dream featuring David Bowie, Johnny Depp, Prince, and the Weasley Twins... yeah, let your mind go there.
Wandered by the computer before brushing my teeth and happened to catch the Pottermore magic quill! Someone on my flist yesterday had said that it was going to open today at 2pm British Summer Time (I have no idea how she knew that), so from what I could tell it was open for about 90 minutes when I got in, and when I looked again about 15 minutes later it was closed. So now I'm waiting for my "Hogwarts letter" in email. PM assigns usernames to prevent impersonation, so the one I got was ScarletQuest204.
LJ gave me a bunch of notifications out of order so I responded to comments on the sexy H/D fic I posted yesterday (Giving Back) all out of order...! People must think I'm drinking while answering or something. I hope this doesn't mean LJ is about to crash again, but... sigh.
Which reminds me InsaneJournal has been flaky about notifications for months now so I ought to check I don't have unanswered comments there.
