Ten Habits Meme

ravenna_c_tanRULES: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names.

anthimaeria so here goes. (Hey wait, didn't somebody tag me with a meme like 2-3 weeks ago? Um, remind me?)
1. I like to sleep with my cats. (Not that way, you perverts!) In fact, my cats have such a soporific effect, that when they aren't there or I'm away from home, I may have trouble getting to sleep.
2. On the other hand, I sleep really well to the sound of city traffic. I think this comes from being born in Manhattan. I love having my windows open and hearing cars driving by.
3. I don't drink coffee. I don't like coffee. Why? Because coffee has the yucky coffee taste.
4. I didn't used to like beer. Why? Because beer has the yucky beer taste. Then I started drinking Guinness with pecan praline ice cream in it. (It's like a root beer float, without the "root" part.) Now I like expensive beer, especially Belgian beer.
5. I'm a night owl. But anyone who has read the time stamps on my LJ posts knows that.
6. I like to see movies on the day/weekend they come out. If I miss that opening weekend, chances are I'll never get around to seeing the film, even on DVD.
7. I don't watch television. I don't even have a television--I have a monitor that the PS2 and DVD player attach to. But no incoming signal.
8. I love salt in chocolate.
9. I often decide on my own best stopping point for a task, regardless of what was called for. :)
And I tag... hmm. I've been so ridiculously busy, I haven't been reading my flist and I don't know who has been hit with this already. So how about we make this a self-tagging zone?
