Book cover artist sought

Spreading this word among HP friends first. I'm working with a small publisher on a project I can't talk about in detail in public yet, but we're looking for a visual artist who can produce original art for the covers of 3-5 books. They want "Tarot themed, reminiscent of Harry Potter, commercial appeal." The budget isn't huge but it isn't the $25 per stock image most of the small presses are using.
