Tarot Fest Round Three!!

And, at last, the hp_tarot Round Three Announcement is up!

It's the "Let the Cards Decide!" round, and I think we came up with a good way to let people pull cards from their decks to create the inspiration for their submissions. Even people who don't know much about tarot should have fun with it!
