So, you probably all know, but in case you don't, about PornoTube. It's kind of like YouTube, but for porn videos. There are all kinds of snippets up there, gay, straight, weird, etc.

I browsed the site for ... uh... research purposes for the first time tonight--and didn't find what I was looking for, dammit--but I did find this, lovely, delicious piece of anime:

http://www.pornotube.com/media.php?m=6737

It's labeled "yaio gay hentai" and it being a 6 minute excerpt it starts right in the middle of the action. Eventually you find out what's going on, though. What I want to know is, what's this called, is it part of a series? And can I find more? I figured if anyone might know, it would be you guys...

Do I even have to say this? WARNING!! NOT WORK SAFE!

Okay, I was talking music with someone online, and since we are lending some MP3s to one another, and I used YouSendIt, that means other folks can download them, too.

The HP fandom connection here is that it was a fellow fic writer I was talking with... and also I never would have paid attention to Franz Ferdinand if Daniel Radcliffe hadn't kept mentioning them in interviews.

So here we have:

Franz Ferdinand, "Walk Away"
Franz Ferdinand, "Take Me Out"

Here's an Australian band, kind of kickin' dance pop, called Rogue Traders. Anyone have their cover of INXS' "Need You Tonight?"
Rogue Traders, "Voodoo Child." -- this one, if you like it, I would especially recommend buying. It sounds best on a loud car stereo going at least 70 miles per hour. (This may explain why one of my back speakers seems to have crapped out...)

While we're on female vocals, there's this utterly manufactured pop duo from Russia, who used their supposed teen lesbianism with each other as a marketing ploy--which when you consider all the angst and hair tearing Ellen DeGeneres went through just a few years ago should strike everyone as a sea change--sorry run-on sentence, but anyway, they are called T.a.T.u and most of their stuff I find really blah and boring. But this one song has a really nice post-punk edge to it: Cosmos (Outer Space)

And while we're on post-punk, I'm dying to get my hands on more Polysics. Polysics are a Japanese band, sort of like Devo only moreso. You'll see what I mean if you listen to Married To A Frenchman.

ETA: Oh and I forgot I wanted to upload my two favorite H/D "theme songs." Both by Thom Yorke (the Radiohead guy). Black Swan and Harrowdown Hill. Check out the lyrics and you will see why they make me think of H/D. (Anyone want to write me some songfic?)
